As a distance runner I learned to fight through the rough days. When my mind tells me to quit during training, I add an extra 400meters. If my mind tells me to relax when I study, I add an extra hour. Distance running showed me it starts with a tough mind set. If I can physically give more I will give more. I strive to stay disciplined and fight.
